We are closed Sunday & Monday and Public Holidays so can only reply when we are open.
A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required when making an appointment.

Also note that our hair extension services are popular and in high demand. FREE HAIR EXTENSION CONSULTATIONS: A $20 holding deposit may be asked for reserving a FREE hair extension consultation. This will be refunded/cancelled upon arrival for your appointment. A no show will result in the $20 being charged against your credit card. All Hair Extension consults and appointments are to be made via phone or in the salon. These appointments cannot be made online.
